Day 11. Florenceville to Lincoln exit 297. 148 km.

Today was a good day for cycling with travel on the Trans-Canada Hwy and a slight wind from the side or behind. We could have taken secondary roads for a shorter distance but opted for the safety of the freeway. The logical goal was 148 km so we slogged our way up many hills and down the other sides. It was a long day but satisfying to know that tomorrow will be shorter.
For breakfast Gramie asked to substitute anything for the fries. The comparison of the two plates made it clear why so many people have a weight problem. Restaurant food has lots of wheat and potatoes, particularly fries
