Llll on the road. The highway shoulders are in good shape and full lane wide. The wind was mostly from behind so it helped us to move along. We had a good breakfast at the Comfort Inn and snacked along the way. In Grand Falls we topped us with Tim's chilli. Our options for distance were 100 km to Perth Andover or 140 km to Florenceville. We opted for the latter. We're staying at the Amsterdam which is very nice and has a decent restaurant.l
At Tim's, we talked to two friendly couples about our biking and vitamin D. They were very interested in the vitamin D campaign and planned to visit the website today.
Sometimes you need a quick nap.
