Day 2. , Iroquois to Hawkesbury

Our morning started exactly the opposite of yesterday. It was raining and cold with a headwind. Before 11 am the rain stopped and we slogged on. We turned north at Long Sault and passed through Monkford and Alexandria on way to Hawkesbury. We are in the Quality Inn and had a soak in the hot tub after dinner.

In Alexandria we stopped at the Cozy Corner restaurant where we talked with the owner, Andreas about vitamin D and eating well.

Kingston to Iroquois

Nicole and Curtis and kids came to the house about 8 am to give us a family send off. We left Kingston via the new bridge then had good ride into Gananoque. From there we had a great ride along the Thousand Islands Parkway to Brockville. We carried on to the Iroquois Motel arriving at 4:30, just before the rain 🌧️🌧️. Well waited for the rain to let up then went to a Greek restaurant for an excellent dinner. 134 km today
