Our trip did not start well because we received a message last night saying that our flight from Kingston was cancelled. After some panic and a lot of disappointment we were rebooked on later flights. To add to the problem, I found that the motel room was booked for the wrong day. After several phone calls we got that sorted out and we have a place to park our heads in Chilliwack. The other thing that I had to change was our reservation for travel from Vancouver airport. We had planned to be taken out of the city traffic to Abbotsford where we planned to start cycling. With the delay we have to be taken to Chilliwack to catch up with the accommodations. So here I am in Pearson waiting to board our Vancouver flight. I think that we will sleep well tonight. Things seem to be working out so let's hope that our luck is on an upward trajectory.
